Montserrat Grads

So I made the list of people who have passed through Montserrat and as I was doing so I talked with McVey and we got on the discussion of making the list more interesting to view. After some ideas went through my head it came to mind to have the type to start cracking and I manipulated the types letter space to cause gaps to form where I then went in and started to exaggerate them to be seen with ease.

Set up

As of right now, I'm gonna print more of the 3d models. To speed up the process I'm going to be working with the library in order to have multiple prints going at the same time. The photos have been measured out and some final edits are being done. Finally, I was thinking about some ideas on how I would lay out my work for the show.

Vinyl

I have the cuts ready to go now I'm gonna place these up before the upcoming campus crawl that happens after the break. I can document the interaction people have as they pass by it.

Printing/Cutting

I'm working on cleaning up the vectorized cracks more, I've set up six so far to be cut out and place them around Montserrat. I'm also placing more cracks into tinker cad and I've placed an order for my first 3d print of the cracks and we'll see what problems arise if any.
