Taking some inspiration from one of my favorite Andy Warhol quotes. What’s wrong with wanting to be beautifully unnatural as plastic? I suppose this is a point I want to make with my project. I do miss the qualities my last set of ideas had with the drawings of products and more representational drawing. The abstracting qualities of my last work doesn’t feel like me and I need to leave it because it was literally bothering me to be making something like that. I definitely want to continue drawing with makeup and I like the acetate; plastic.
